At DayzoMart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
